A BIT MORE ABOUT ME

I’m a curious soul full of passion, love, and a desire to help others reach their calling in life, and I’m humbled by the many ways I get to walk this out—a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, loving wife, and proud paw-mom. In my professional life, I serve as a licensed marriage and family therapist while pursuing a Ph.D. in psychological and counseling services with a focus on biblical counseling at Regent University. 

With over two decades of ministry experience as a licensed independent minister—leading, worshiping, working with youth, and supporting women—I’ve dedicated my life to integrating faith and mental health.

My therapeutic approach weaves together the compassion of Christian values with the insightful framework of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I view each individual as a beautifully complex mosaic of inner parts, each deserving of love, understanding, and grace. By honoring the spiritual essence within and fostering a nurturing dialogue among your inner voices, we can gently uncover and heal wounds, celebrate strengths, and cultivate a balanced sense of self. Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, where faith meets mindful exploration, and every step is taken with kindness and respect.

When I’m not pouring my heart into my ministry or therapy practice, you’ll likely find me immersed in worship, curling up with a good book, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or cherishing quality time with my husband, Yilbin, and our two beloved fur-babies, Sir Romeo and Miss Juliet.
