What types of therapy services do you offer?

I offer virtual individual therapy and couples therapy sessions, as well as premarital coaching and Christian counseling.

2

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can request an appointment by clicking on the button "Request Appointment" on the top of this page.

3

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I’m in network with Aetna and UnitedHealthcare/Optum insurance. You’re also welcome to use your HSA, FSA, credit, or debit card to take care of any copay or deductible fees. If it’s helpful, I’m more than happy to provide invoices or superbills that you can submit for potential reimbursement—though please keep in mind that the final decision will be up to your insurance provider.

4

Do you collaborate with ministries to provide services for uninsured individuals?

Yes, if you're a pastor or ministry leader looking to refer an uninsured individual for treatment—and you're covering the cost of their care—you can email us for more information.

5

What are the costs of your sessions?

Session costs vary depending on the type of session. Please visit the Fee Schedule page for more details.

6

What should I do if I’m in crisis or need immediate help?

If you or someone you know are in crisis or need immediate help, please don't hesitate to reach out to emergency services 9-1-1 or the 9-8-8 Suicide Prevention Lifeline immediately.

7

In which state(s) are your services available?

I am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Connecticut, and I provide therapy services exclusively to clients who reside in Connecticut.

8

I don't reside in Connecticut, does that mean I'm ineligible for services?

If you reside outside of Connecticut, you are not eligible for therapy services; however, you can still access my Couples Coaching program and Christian Counseling services.

9

Are your premarital coaching and Christian counseling services the same as therapy?

No, they are not the same. Individual and couples therapy sessions are mental health services that address and treat mental health issues using evidence-based treatment modalities. In contrast, my premarital coaching program is a structured 10-session program based on Prepare/Enrich and Gottman Connect couples assessments, designed to provide practical relationship tools. Meanwhile, my Christian Counseling services focus solely on fostering spiritual growth and establishing healthy spiritual rhythms through a biblical lens.
